건강10훈  (Healthy life ten points)

1. 소육다채(少肉多寀)     
고기를 적게 먹고 야채를 많이 먹는다.
(Less meat, more vegetables.)

2. 소염다초(少鹽多醋)        
소금을 적게 먹고 초를 많이 먹는다.
(Less salt, morevinegar.)

3. 소당다과(少糖多果)         
설탕을 줄이고 과일을 많이 먹는다.
(Less sugar, more fruits.)

4. 소식다작(少食多嚼)              
음식을 적게 먹고 많이 씹는다.
(Less food, more chew.)

5. 소번다면(少煩多眠)          
근심은 적게 하고 잠을 많이 잔다.
(Less worry, more sleep.)

6. 소노다소(少怒多笑)          
화를 적게 내고 웃음을 많이 한다.
(Less anger, more smile.)

7. 소의다욕(少衣多浴)        
의복을 적게 입고 목욕을 많이 한다.
(Less clothes, more bath.)

8. 소언다행(少言多行)          
말을 적게 하고 행동을 많이 한다.
(Less speak, more do.)

9. 소욕다시(少慾多施)        
욕심은 적게 내고 많은 봉사를 한다.
(Less desire, more serve.)

10. 소차다보(少車多步)                
차를 적게 타고 많이 걷는다.
